Do you have a showroom?

We don’t have a showroom at the moment, however if you are concerned about ordering furniture before having seen it we have the following options to help: Each piece of furniture shown on our website has been photographed at our office in the midlands. We never use photos from other websites or even those supplied by the manufacturer of the furniture. We want to show you the exact product we stock from various angles so you can be sure that what you see is exactly what you will receive. We offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee on all of our furniture, so you can rest assured that if you are not 100% happy with your furniture you can return it for a full no quibble refund of the purchase price.

How can I pay for my purchase?

We offer free delivery on all our products, along as you have a UK mainland delivery address.

Do you deliver outside of mainland UK?

Unfortunately we don’t currently deliver outside of mainland UK. Please see our delivery information page for detailed information on where we can and cannot deliver.

When will my item be delivered?

Dispatch times are noted on every product page. Once our sales team have received your order it will be passed on to our dispatch team who will contact you directly to advise when to expect delivery. Most of our furniture is in stock for immediate dispatch so delivery times are normally no longer than 14 working days. If you require urgent delivery please contact our sales team on (+44) 121 227 5043 before placing your order to see if arrangements can be made to help.

Is my furniture guaranteed?

All goods come with a full 1 year warranty from the date of delivery.
